Belgian Grand Prix
Day 1: Overnight sailing to Belgium
We start our tour at a leisurely pace driving to Hull for our overnight sailing to Zeebrugge. Enjoy the bars and restaurants on board including the Sunset Show lounge with entertainment until the early hours.
Day 2: Valkenburg
After an early morning arrival into Zeebrugge we drive to Valkenburg. As the oldest tourist centre in the Netherlands, Valkenburg itself boasts many attractions including the famous castle, museums and marlstone caves. There is also a chair lift offering great views of the town and a great collection of shops, street cafés and restaurants. (D)
Day 3: Qualifying Day
We make our first visit to the race track today, enjoying the final practice session before the all-important qualifying session for the Grand Prix as well as the qualifying and races for the support events. (B,D)
Day 4: Race Day
Its Race Day! Warm up for the big event watching the support races and the drivers parade lap before the main event in the afternoon. Cheer on your favourite driver as they storm around the longest circuit on the F1 calendar tackling corners such as Eau Rouge. The long straights and famous corners, along with the picturesque setting make it one of the favourite races in F1 (B,D)
Day 5: Bruges and overnight sailing to Hull
We leave Valkenburg behind today and retrace our steps back towards Zeebrugge for our return crossing. En route we will visit the medieval town of Bruges with its wonderful maze of cobbled streets and canals. See the fantastic architecture from a different perspective on board one of the many canal cruises. We depart Bruges and make the short journey back to Zeebrugge for our return overnight crossing to Hull. (B)
Day 6: Return to UK
We arrive early morning back into Hull and continue our journey home.
